Maria and Poldy's wedding was beautiful, they opted for getting married in Poldy's family home and we were asked to cater, decorate, co ordinate, wedding cake and provide the flowers for the day. The weather turned out to be absolutely perfect and showed off what Otter Ferry has to offer! food wise they had canapes in the sunken garden and then sharing dishes for main, with a beautiful fillet of local venison, shot only a couple of miles from the house.

Along with this there were sides of new potatoes, red cabbage, greens and thick and rich venison gravy, all the comfort food they wanted for their big day.

We made a 3 tier wedding cake for the couple with a simple but beautiful design, lemon, carrot cake and chocolate fudge cake, everyone was ale to enjoy a lovely slice of sponge after dinner.

There was so many beautiful touches in this wedding, using their family home, the beautiful arch in the garden we filled with flowers, Maria wearing her mums dress, this was so lovely as unfortunately Marias mum passed away before she could see her daughter get married, the little poses we made for every place setting, the name places handwritten on shells they foraged from the beach. Just wonderful and the pair looked stunning.
