Please take a look at our map of suppliers, we try our very best to use over 90% Scottish suppliers for goods, and we hope this shows in the wonderful dishes our Chef produces. Regarding our seafood we are very passionate about using as much from Loch Fyne as possible, the loch is a gorgeous sea-fed loch and the beautiful wonders that it holds are beyond this world.

Our Chef 'Steve' is also very talented at making beautiful fresh bread...his white tin loaves are incredible, warm with a bit of salted butter, perfect! But he prides himself on making everything possible in-house, so this helps when it comes to allergies and dietary requirements, for example making sauces, he doesn't add any extras, it all slow cooking of beautiful bone stocks and seasonal vegetables, which helps to create rich, sticky sauces for all the dishes.
