We are sharing this news because with Steve being the only Chef this makes things slightly more challenging. We have some wonderful staff coming back over the summer, but unfortunately, this is going to cause changes to the menu and opening hours. We are going to do our best to run as normal, even if this means we have a slightly smaller menu on some days or only being able to offer drinks. We know this isn't very convenient and will change plans for customers but we will do our very best to work with you. 

We want to apologies in advance for any alterations and changes we may have to make, but this is a huge & and exciting event for us, that we never thought possible.
