Claudia & Robin's
Claudia & Robin were probably the most laid-back couple I have ever met, they were such wonderful people, they had such a beautiful family and just wanted to show off their love for one another, in a small ceremony with their closest friends and family. Scotland provided a dramatic day, the heavens stayed completely shut but the skies were fantastic and moody, making for absolutely stunning photos.

Their friend played the bagpipes for them and piped in the newlywed couple. The food was simple and elegant, with three courses, starting with Pan-fried Tarbet Scallop, Ham hock terrine, or heritage Carrots, followed by Lephinchapel Lamb, pan-roasted Loch Fyne Cod or Homemade onion broth, with potato dumplings, rounded up with foraged Sea buckthorn tart, one of Chef Signature dishes.
After dinner there was lots of dancing and lots of Aperol to quench the thirst! My kind of night!

May Wedding
Megan & Adam
The bride & groom hired The Oystercatcher for the entire weekend, so they could enjoy time with family and friends, it was a beautiful weekend, filled with fun, laughter, fantastic music, and a good old boogie time!

Here at the Oystercatcher, we prepared all the food, canapes, decore and all of the flowers, We are not just a one-package-fits-all kind of place, every wedding is bespoke and fits with what the bride and groom want, and we pride ourselves on this!

Both the bride and groom were lovely and so relaxed they wanted to enjoy this special occasion with the people they love and care about. We love being able to offer the entire weekend for these lovely couples, as it means they get to enjoy a fun-filled 3 days instead of trying to fit everything into one day!
